Swift Dispatch gives you a branded booking site on your own domain and a live dispatcher panel behind it. Riders get a real fare, pay by iDEAL or card if you want them to, and book themselves. Your dispatcher still decides which car goes where — every single time.
Regional operators lose work at 11pm and on Sunday mornings, not because the cars are busy but because nobody picks up. The alternative on offer is usually a national platform that takes your customer, your pricing and a cut of the fare.
Swift Dispatch is the third option: your own booking platform, on your own domain, keeping your own customers.
Immediate or scheduled trips, return journeys, and an airport module that captures the flight number. Riders can pay by iDEAL or card at the moment they book — no extra staff on the phone.
Nothing is auto-assigned. Bookings land in a queue and your dispatcher accepts, reassigns, adjusts or declines — the way the job already works.
Your domain, your logo, your prices, your receipts. No marketplace between you and the rider, and no commission on the fare.
Six steps, and a person in the middle of them. This is the spine of the product.
Rider enters pickup, dropoff and vehicle type. Real route, real fare, VAT shown up front.
Guest or account. Pay by iDEAL or card now, or settle in the car — your choice.
Your dispatcher accepts, edits or declines, and assigns a driver.
The driver starts the job. The trip locks; the rider can no longer change it.
Dispatch sets the final fare. VAT is re-derived from that amount.
Email and SMS in the rider's own language, stating VAT included.
Algorithms do not know that a particular driver knows the customer, that one car has the child seat, or who is finishing near the pickup. Your dispatcher does. Swift Dispatch is built around that judgement rather than trying to replace it.
Included in the platform — not modules sold separately.
Your booking portal answers on your own domain. Branding, language, currency, pricing and content are all resolved from that address, so a rider never sees our name and never leaves your brand.
Dutch fares are quoted gross. Swift Dispatch derives VAT out of the amount the rider pays and restates it when dispatch sets the final fare, so receipts and bookkeeping agree.
iDEAL alongside card, taken at the moment of booking through your own payment account. Payouts land with you directly — we never hold your money. Or switch it off and settle in the car.
Hosted entirely within the European Union. Passenger data does not leave the EU, which keeps the GDPR conversation short.
Connect your own payment, messaging and mapping accounts. If you ever leave, you keep the phone number, the payment relationship and the history.
Everything you need to run an operation is live today. What follows is convenience — putting the same platform into your riders' and drivers' pockets.
Swift Ride and Swift Driver are new front doors onto the platform you already have — not missing pieces of it. Drivers work from a mobile web view today and riders book from any browser, so an operator who never buys either app still runs a complete operation.
No. Swift Dispatch adds an online booking channel in front of the process you already have. Bookings arrive in a queue and your dispatcher decides what happens next — nothing is assigned without a person.
Yes. Your portal can run on your own address, for example book.your-company.nl. If you would rather not manage DNS, we host you on a subdomain instead.
Isolation is enforced in the database, not in application code. Each request is resolved to your operator account before anything runs, and every query is scoped to it. A session on one operator's site cannot be used on another's.
Yes — by iDEAL or card at the moment they book. You connect your own payment account, so payouts go directly to you and we never touch the money. If you would rather keep settling in the car, you can turn online payment off entirely, or offer both and let the rider choose.
Both. Fares are calculated from live routing, so distance and journey time reflect the road the driver will actually take. Set metered rates per vehicle type, fixed zone-to-zone prices, or run them side by side — where a fixed price applies, it takes precedence over the meter.
Same-day onboarding. We provision your operator account, load your vehicle types, zones and tariffs, apply your branding and connect your payment, notification and mapping accounts. You get a demo tenant to try first, and nothing points at your live domain until you say so.
Tell us. Swift Dispatch is built and maintained by our own engineering team, so genuine gaps can be built rather than routed to a third-party integrator. Larger changes are quoted as consultancy work.
We will set up a demo tenant with your logo, colours and prices, and walk you through a booking from quote to receipt. Half an hour, no obligation.
